Last Updated: 01/10/2026
Welcome to Aippy ("we," "our," or "us"). Your privacy is important to us, and we are dedicated to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information when you use the Aippy platform (the "Platform") and related services (the "Service"), which are operated by the Aippy Team.
This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with it. By accessing or using our Service, or by providing your personal data to us, you acknowledge and consent to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please refrain from using the Service.
1. The Legal basis for using your Data
We process your personal data based on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a Contract: To provide and maintain our Service, including enabling your registration and login, access to and use of AI creation and remix tools, participation in the Aippy creative community, management of your projects and saved works, in-app or web-based purchases and subscriptions, interaction features such as "like", "comment" or "remix", participation in surveys, feedback, or beta programs, and communication with our support team.
- Legitimate Interests: To operate and improve our Services, ensure security and fraud prevention, conduct internal analytics, understand user behavior and preferences, and enhance your experience in a manner that does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
- Compliance with Legal Obligations: To fulfill our obligations under applicable laws and regulations, respond to lawful requests from public and regulatory authorities, enforce our rights, and protect users and the public from fraud or harm.
- Consent: In certain cases, we rely on your explicit or informed consent to process your personal data. This includes but is not limited to: sending you optional marketing communications and surveys; using cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics, advertising, and personalization; collecting resettable device identifiers (e.g., IDFA or GAID) for advertising and attribution; accessing your social media account information when you use third-party login (e.g., Google, Apple); requesting access to device features such as storage or device identifiers; and transferring your data across borders.
- Protection of Vital Interests: In rare cases, we may process data to protect an individual's vital interests, such as preventing serious harm or responding to an emergency.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your app or device settings, modifying cookie preferences, or contacting us at [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, but it may limit your access to certain features or services.
By reading and agreeing to this Privacy Policy, or by continuing to use our Services, you acknowledge and provide your explicit and informed consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein.
2. How We Collect Your Data
We collect personal data directly from you, automatically from your device during use of the Services, and from third-party partners. The categories of data we collect include:
- Data You Provide
- Account Information: When you register for an account, we may collect your email, nickname, username, and any profile information you choose to share (profile picture, location, bio, website link).
- User Content: This includes prompts, generated code, project files, comments, uploads (images, videos, fonts), and shared materials.
- Payment Records (for premium plans): When you purchase a subscription, we may collect your purchase records, including order ID, amount, currency, time, and channel. We do not collect or store full payment credentials (e.g., credit card numbers or passwords). These are processed directly by the relevant third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).
- User Support and Feedback: Information you submit when participating in surveys or contacting for help or inquiries.
Note: We do not intentionally collect your sensitive personal data, such as biometric identifiers, health information, or precise geolocation, and instruct you not to upload such information.

- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Services, including pages or features accessed, clicks or taps, input events, access timestamps, session duration, and system logs.
Note: If you use the same account across devices, we may associate your activity across sessions for a consistent experience.
- Data From Third Parties
- Social platforms: If you log in using a third-party platform (e.g., Google, Apple), we may receive basic profile data, including your name, email address, public profile picture, and platform-specific ID (e.g., Google ID, Apple ID), subject to your consent. You can revoke access at any time via the respective platform settings.
- Analytics: Aggregated usage metrics collected via analytics tools, including frequency of feature usage, navigation flows, and session statistics.
- AI Interaction Data
- When you use AI generation features, your prompts, inputs, and generated outputs may be processed by third-party AI service providers to generate results and ensure service functionality. We may also retain these inputs and outputs for service delivery, troubleshooting, and feature improvement. Third-party AI service providers may retain your prompts and generated outputs to improve, train, and optimize their AI models, in accordance with their privacy policy.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to provide, operate, maintain, improve, and secure our Services, and to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations. Specifically, we may use your information for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery and Account Management

We also use your information to remember preferences and enhance convenience, ensuring a seamless and consistent creative experience. - Personalization and User Experience

Specifically, your AI interaction data may be used by the provider to improve and train AI models. - Customer Support and Billing
To provide technical support, resolve billing or subscription issues, and respond to your requests, including account updates, data access, correction, or deletion. We may also send important service-related communications such as maintenance notices, product updates, or billing reminders. - Security, Integrity, and Business Continuity

We may also process data for dispute resolution or legal defense purposes, as required under applicable law.
Note: We do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. The AI-generated results are produced based on user prompts and creative inputs, rather than any evaluation or determination about the user. We collect and retain personal data only as necessary to provide our services and fulfill legitimate business or legal purposes.
4. How We Share Your Data
We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal information. However, to operate and improve Aippy, we may share your data under the following circumstances:
- Service Providers and Partners
We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate, maintain, and enhance the Platform. This includes providers offering infrastructure and cloud hosting services, analytics tools, and AI service providers that support our AI generation, analysis, and enhancement features. These AI providers may process user inputs, prompts, and generated content under our instructions and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards. We also work with payment processors who may use SDKs integrated into our app to process payment. All such partners process personal data only on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations and in compliance with their own privacy and security standards. - Third-Party Login and Social Platforms
If you log in through third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Apple), we share and receive limited data for authentication purposes, such as device model, operating system, login IP, SDK version, network type, and relevant logs. This allows you to securely access your account and use social login features. - Other Users
When you publish projects, templates, or other content publicly on Aippy, other users may view and interact with your shared creations. This is part of the collaborative and creative nature of the Platform. Please note that if you choose to make your projects public, certain profile information (such as your username or avatar) may also be displayed to other users along with your content. - Our Corporate Group
We may share your data with our parent company, subsidiaries, and trusted affiliates for service provision, internal administration, improving and optimizing Services, preventing misuse, and assisting user support. - Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or bankruptcy, your personal data may be transferred to a successor entity, which will continue to handle it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. - Consent or User Direction
We may share your information with third parties when you provide explicit consent or request a specific action. - Legal, Security, and Compliance Purposes
We may disclose your personal data when required by law or when we believe it is necessary to do so in order to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests, enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements, detect, prevent, or address fraud, security incidents, or technical issues, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Aippy, our users, third parties, or the public. - De-identified or Aggregated Data
We may share anonymized or aggregated data that does not reasonably identify you, for research, analytics, or service improvement purposes.
5. How We Store, Preserve, and Protect Data
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data and help ensure its confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Data Security
Your information is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We apply access controls, encryption, and regular security reviews to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of data. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure, and users are responsible for keeping their account credentials safe. - Data Retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized. For AI interaction data processed by our third-party AI service providers, some data may be retained for an extended period for service improvement and model training purposes. - Cross-Border Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries or regions outside your place of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is protected according to applicable laws. - Third-Party Services
We may rely on trusted third-party providers to support our operations, including cloud infrastructure, analytics tools, and AI model provider used for content generation or enhancement. These providers process personal data in accordance with their own privacy and security standards and are expected to comply with applicable data protection laws. In particular, certain AI service providers may retain data for model training and improvement purposes, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Aippy and certain trusted partners use cookies and similar tracking technologies to help our Services work properly, understand how users interact with them, and improve your experience. Depending on the platform, these technologies include:
- Web browser cookies for the website;

These technologies function similarly by recognizing your device over time and across sessions.
We use these technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential Features:
Support core functions such as signing in, saving projects, sharing creations (including "Remix"), and remembering your preferences. These are necessary for the Service to function and do not require consent. - Analytics & Improvement:

Some AI interactions may also use identifiers or session logs for operational monitoring, abuse detection, or quality improvement. Cookies and identifiers are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes. - Personalization:
Remember your settings and provide tailored suggestions, content, or offers.
Third-Party Services
Some parts of our Services rely on third-party SDKs or integrations for login, analytics, or error tracking. These partners operate independently, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand how they handle data.

You can manage or limit tracking by:
- Adjusting browser settings (for website users) or device/system privacy settings (for mobile app users, e.g., limiting ad tracking on iOS or resetting your advertising ID on Android);

Impact of Disabling Cookies
Please be aware that turning off non-essential cookies or tracking technologies may affect certain features or personalization.
