This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information when you use the Aippy platform (the "Platform") and related services (the "Service"), which are operated by the Aippy Team.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please refrain from using the Service.

  • Performance of a Contract: To provide and maintain our Service, including enabling your registration and login, access to and use of AI creation and remix tools, participation in the Aippy creative community, management of your projects and saved works, in-app or web-based purchases and subscriptions, interaction features such as "like", "comment" or "remix", participation in surveys, feedback, or beta programs, and communication with our support team.
  • Legitimate Interests: To operate and improve our Services, ensure security and fraud prevention, conduct internal analytics, understand user behavior and preferences, and enhance your experience in a manner that does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.

    Note: We do not intentionally collect your sensitive personal data, such as biometric identifiers, health information, or precise geolocation, and instruct you not to upload such information.

    • Device-related Information: Device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, IDFV, GAID), IP address, browser type, and information about your device and its characteristics, such as device model, operating system version, language and time zone settings, screen resolution, network type, app version, as well as app usage logs, and crash reports.
    • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Services, including pages or features accessed, clicks or taps, input events, access timestamps, session duration, and system logs.

    Note: If you use the same account across devices, we may associate your activity across sessions for a consistent experience.

  • Data From Third Parties

Third-party AI service providers may retain your prompts and generated outputs to improve, train, and optimize their AI models, in accordance with their privacy policy.

We use your personal data to provide, operate, maintain, improve, and secure our Services, and to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations. Specifically, we may use your information for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery and Account Management
    To support core functionalities such as account registration and authentication, prompt-based AI content generation, project saving and sharing (including "Remix"), synchronization across devices, and overall service performance and reliability. We also use your information to remember preferences and enhance convenience, ensuring a seamless and consistent creative experience.
  • Personalization and User Experience
    To analyze your prompts, creative activities, and interaction patterns to provide tailored content, feature suggestions, and relevant offers or advertisements. This may include optimizing AI-generated results based on your prior inputs or preferences.
  • Product Improvement, Research, and Analytics
    To monitor and optimize platform stability, performance, and AI accuracy; deliver product updates and improvements; evaluate the effectiveness of our features and marketing activities; and conduct analytics and product development aimed at enhancing usability and the quality of relevant AI models. Specifically, your AI interaction data may be used by the provider to improve and train AI models.
  • Customer Support and Billing
    To provide technical support, resolve billing or subscription issues, and respond to your requests, including account updates, data access, correction, or deletion. We may also send important service-related communications such as maintenance notices, product updates, or billing reminders.
  • Security, Integrity, and Business Continuity
    To maintain the safety and integrity of our Platform, protect our systems and proprietary data, detect and prevent unauthorized access, fraudulent behavior, or misuse, and investigate potential violations of our Terms or policies.

Note: We do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. The AI-generated results are produced based on user prompts and creative inputs, rather than any evaluation or determination about the user. We collect and retain personal data only as necessary to provide our services and fulfill legitimate business or legal purposes.

4. How We Share Your Data

We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal information. However, to operate and improve Aippy, we may share your data under the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers and Partners
    We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate, maintain, and enhance the Platform. This includes providers offering infrastructure and cloud hosting services, analytics tools, and AI service providers that support our AI generation, analysis, and enhancement features. These AI providers may process user inputs, prompts, and generated content under our instructions and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards. We also work with payment processors who may use SDKs integrated into our app to process payment. All such partners process personal data only on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations and in compliance with their own privacy and security standards.
  • Third-Party Login and Social Platforms
    If you log in through third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Apple), we share and receive limited data for authentication purposes, such as device model, operating system, login IP, SDK version, network type, and relevant logs. This allows you to securely access your account and use social login features.
  • Other Users
    When you publish projects, templates, or other content publicly on Aippy, other users may view and interact with your shared creations. This is part of the collaborative and creative nature of the Platform. Please note that if you choose to make your projects public, certain profile information (such as your username or avatar) may also be displayed to other users along with your content.
  • Our Corporate Group
    We may share your data with our parent company, subsidiaries, and trusted affiliates for service provision, internal administration, improving and optimizing Services, preventing misuse, and assisting user support.
  • Business Transfers
